Q: Is The Standard pet friendly?

Q: How much is the monthly parking fee?
A: Secure parking in our private garage is available for $60/month, for one space.

Q: What type of businesses will be added to the 1st floor?
A: The ground floor of The Standard has commercial spaces available for lease. We are working with the City of Shreveport, The Downtown Development Authority, and realtors to attract tenants which will add value to the downtown living experience. We are exploring adding companies and providers of services such as groceries, banking, fitness, coffee, and entertainment. More updates should be available soon!

Q: How do you keep The Standard safe?
A: While we cannot guarantee the safety and security of each individual resident, The Standard provides security cameras on the interior/exterior of the building, inside the parking garage, and in the elevator lobbies on each floor. Entry to the building is monitored, and is accessible to residents only via key fob and an app. We also have state-of-the-art fire monitoring, and emergency exit systems.

Q: Does The Standard have washer and dryer hookups?
A: Full size washers and dryers are included in each of our luxury floor plans for a $60/month, non-negotiable charge.

Q: Are utilities included?
A: Yes, utilities are included in the final price of rent, so there is no need to set anything up. The Standard makes it very easy to make the move to luxury, without any of the hassles associated with utility account transfers/deposits.

Q: Is internet included?
A: As everyone has their own internet needs, each resident sets this service up independently. The Standard has an exclusive contract with AT&T, and we provide contact and pricing information with your move-in welcome packet.

Q: How much is the security deposit?
A: Security deposits are based on the final pricing of each of our exclusive luxury lofts, and are equal to one full month rent, in most cases.

Q: Does The Standard offer short term leases?
A: The Standard offers short term lease options after the completion of a 12 month lease. Additional monthly charges apply for any lease under 12 months. We offer a 24 - 36 month price-lock lease option, as well. Call and schedule a tour today, for more information on our lease terms!
